Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or requesting services from Aurora Permanent Lighting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are free and based on the information you provide and an assessment of your property. A quote is an estimate, not a binding contract, and remains valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Final pricing may change if the scope of work, roofline measurements, or site conditions differ from what was assessed.

Installation and Scheduling

Installation dates are scheduled by agreement and may be adjusted for weather, permitting, or supply availability. You agree to provide safe access to the property and to a suitable power source for the system.

You confirm that you are the property owner or are authorized to approve work on the property, and that any required HOA or landlord approvals have been obtained.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of installation. Financing options may be available through third-party partners subject to their own terms and approval.

Past-due balances may be subject to late fees permitted by law.

Warranty

Aurora provides a lifetime product warranty on lights and a workmanship warranty on our installation, as described in your signed agreement.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, roof or structural work by others, vandalism, or acts of nature.

App and Connectivity

App control depends on your device, Bluetooth, and home internet connection, and on services provided by the app and hardware manufacturer. We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party apps, firmware, or network service.

Referral Program

Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer completes a paid installation. We may modify or end the referral program at any time. Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photography, video, and the Aurora name and logo — is owned by Aurora Permanent Lighting or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Project photos are examples of past work. Results vary based on architecture, roofline, and product selection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Permanent Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the services at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
